I want to find some answers from you guys, my chick had her X stay over to her flat because he didnt have a place to stay over while on tour, she have a one bedroom place so ya, you get my point.... IYO what will the changes be that they had sex?

I don't have any ex's that I keep in contact with, basically because I've been with my husband for so long, but back in the day, when my relationships were not so long term, I would have been fully capable of letting an ex stay over with NO SEX. An ex is an ex. So unless you have some reason to think she would sleep with him, I wouldn't worry about it. You need to give more info, though

By watching every move I meant to watch for any changes of her regular behavior towards him, not to watch her on a constant basis.
Sure an ex is an ex but no all people are like you, "capable of letting an ex stay with NO SEX". Good for you!

What worries me is when they were together they had sex all the time, wont habit take over?

Cant help thinking if my ex came over and I am use to having sex with her, my girl is not their and she sleeps in my bed with me, the chance is 100%

Well that's YOU and YOUR lack of self control. Don't put your poor morals onto her. Perhaps she ought to consider dumping you, if you are saying that under those circs you would 100% bang your ex.
