Nope. I hate the "holiday" and pretty sure I always will.

The only fun part is making Valentines with my kids...other than that, it is nothing more than a Hallmark holiday...

I'm a florist; it's a way to bridge the financial gap between Christmas & Easter. But personally, I never looked for anything spectacular from my husband on that day. I mean, I never wanted him to pass up the opportunity to express "I love you"; but then I hoped he would do that without needing a day to remind him!

I just like it when the Valentine's candy goes on sale the next day. But that's pretty much what most holidays are to me: a chance to buy discounted candy.
