Why is it the MEN are always bringing up this subject?

I don't have men ages 20-29 flirting with me and you don't see me complaining..(sigh)

So I had an interesting observation earlier today.

A nice looking girl was sitting at one table. A rednecky-looking boy was sitting at another table. She struck up a convo with him-and somehow, invited him to come over to her table. I was amazed, since she looked somewhat exotic-like I do-and she got his attention and made a new friend. I wish I had the "moxie" or whatever it is that get's men's attention like that. Growing up I was always warned about seeming "too aggressive" so I guess I turned inward, and became shy as a result. I've read books that throw out misguided info like "son't talk to a man first, let him notice you". Although I do believe men need to be pursuers, waiting for a man to talk to me first has never been effective. So to the OP-this is the woman's perspective on your situation.

SierraAZ, I don't and didn't at the time. But I thought it was interesting that someone exotic looking was trying to get his attention, and succeeded, when usually the redneck types chase after trashier looking women.

In order for women in that age group to do that, you must:

1. Be seen as exotic in a foreign country
2. Have platonic female friends that other women can see
3. Be extremely good looking
4. Be very wealthy
5. Be very famous
6. Have some kind of inbred natural charisma
7. Dress really nice

You need to develop yourself from within, so that you can naturally attract women. Even with women in that age group who was attracted to me, they hardly ever gave me compliments prior to going out with them

What do they think they are actually ? some kind of goddesses or superhuman creatures ? I loathe this attitude. Are they so gorgeous to act like that or are they just average and believe in their birthright as females to coldshoulder men?
