The "revolution" has been an unmitigated DISASTER!
Unwed mothers....abortion....homosexuality....divorce... mainstream pornography...broken families and ruined communities....
The "sexual revolution" has not made us appreciate motherhood, children, family, freedom of speech or "art" more than we did in the past.....Now what we have is a situation where being a sexual freak...being divorced...or from a broken home is "NORMAL".....and if you come from a whole traditional family....your "weird".....
Its been about 50 years now since the USA was given a license to practice Sexual Freedom by the likes of Alfred Kinsey/Hugh Heffner/and Elvis Presley ; considering where we are today with it, do you believe it was worth it or not ?
Not at all. To be honest, I would love a return to the sexual mores of 1950 (or before).
Are you claiming that freedom is a bad thing?
As a man I enjoy my sexual freedom and I would think a woman would also.
Then again, I'm not irresponsible because I always have a condom with me.
My body is my temple. It is sacred to me. It was also sacred to all my worshippers. It's not much of a temple if you don't have people enter to worship.
On a serious note, I'm not sure there really is "sexual freedom" when gays are outcast and woman who sleep with more than one guy are considered wh***s and sl*ts.

The freedom in sexual freedom is more that women don't get pregnant after having sex.
The pill made it possible for women to be as free as men (who can't get pregnant).
It depends on what you consider "freedom". Personally I love being a family man, and my wife and child are the most important people in my life. That said, it's important to know desire, responsibility and consequence. I have little sympathy for people that are addicted to a "feeling" and have kids that they don't cherish and give their lives to raise. One of our biggest problems in society is that people want sexual "freedom" (based on desire) and don't want to be responsible when all of a sudden there is a child involved. Neglected children then do the same and sometimes worse and we end up with a very confused group of people who don't know better. I think it's better for love and sex to be cherished and nurtured vs. given freely without thought of the life impacting challenges.

Yes, because if you think about it, most of the constrictions were put on the women. Screw that (pun intended)!
Ok. When i say 'where we are today'...im referring to the fallout/repercussions of sexual immorality ('freedom') which has inundated our society today . Is that more succinct ? Thanks.
Wait...immorality? By whose definition? Sex is normal and natural. Just because you're a prude and think it's immoral doesn't make it wrong for the rest of us.
I suspect that the big difference is that we're far more aware today that women are sexual beings, too. And I'm guessing that that awareness has led to a lot more orgasms.
That's a good thing.
