My employer is smart enough not to have the internet at work, so I can only get on here at home. But we're ususally so busy I probably wouldn't be able to geton anyway.

When the systems I manage are up and running fine, I have LOTS of time on my hands, so I visit frequently. However, when there's a problem with one or more of the systems, it could take days to diagnose and fix, so I could be absent for days at a time.

I'm sure when my employer finds out about this site, they will block it just like all the others. We can't even get internet radio sites... blocked!

Wow....this is an incriminating topic

I don't do CD at work. I will keep one screen up with CD and another doing other things at home if I am at home.

I keep CD open at work but can be gone from the computer for long periods of time, when I get a break I'll read and post. You'll hardly ever see me on here on weekends or nights when I'm with my family.

My job doesnt consist of sitting at a desk, therefore, I only do it at home when time permits. I dont really miss it when Im away, but somehow am glad to get back and get in here. Does that make sense?

Is chatting to your co-worker about last nights football game robbing your employer? Or gabbing at the water cooler or coffee machine... or wait... how about those cigarrette breaks? Hmmm????

I read somewhere a few years ago that on average, the American employee wastes 2 hours a day on personal things, but works 5 hours a week of unpaid overtime. I don't remember where I heard it or if it's still true. It would be interesting to know if anyone out there remembers hearing about it too.

I do CD at work, but my bosses gave me permission. I don't have to sneak. I work at night and out of my 12 hour shift I have a total of 7.5 hours of downtime that I can use to sleep,surf,read,etc..........
