I don't know about what others say, but hopefully you can't hear him coming a mile away in his clunker..and hopefully the car/truck works. I'll admit even newer cars have their problems. And guys with trucks...I know it's so manly to have a truck..but when a chick is 5'2 wearing a skirt and hoisting herself up...it kinda sucks. lol I myself drive a pontiact grand prix, sports car.

I had a 20 year old small SUV with 250,000 miles on it and no air conditioning (in Houston!) when I first dated my wife. She was a little stand-offish about it but didn't say much. She still married me anyway later that same year!

I finally got rid of it when the suspension broke in our building's parking deck when we were on the way to the airport and missed the plane.

A hot car is the only one that's completely paid off

If the women are smart, they will see through that corvette or lexus facade

Car is not too important to me, but I will not get in a "pimped out" ride. If the rims on your car and the stereo cost more than the car itself....no thanks.

Do you realize how lame you sound. I'm really not being insulting. I'm saying this from an informative point of view. I'm not being snarky.

You are embarrassing yourself and the sad part is you really don't know that you are doing it.

You go CHOW!

Wow Chow, I didn't know you had it in you!

Yep they are... However, whenever I see a person in a Range Rover I see a sucker because those Land Rovers are overrated and according to Motor Trend (I believe) it was the 2nd most expensive car to maintain per year with the Dodge Viper being the highest.

Default Ladies - how do you feel if your date doesn't have a hot car?

Relieved?

Generally speaking, in my experience, if a guy has a "hot" car he drives like a hoon and quite frankly my life is far too valuable to me to have it end prematurely because of a maniac.

I don't care how old the car is or what model as long as he drives responsibly and indicates he has consideration for his passengers and other road users.

From the experiences with my Z, the older women could care less, but the younger ones seemed to enjoy it especially when i showed them how to drive a 'stick'..

I can buy my own. Plus the 'hotter' the car the more of a project the person tends to be.

Your cars are fine. They sound roomie. That can come in handy when you need to spice up the relationship.
