Ladies - how do you feel if your date doesn't have a hot car?

Me, I save money and never buy new cars, - all used! Best was when I bought a 4 year old 163,000 mile Mazda MX6LS V6 for $7,000 instead of $28,000 new! Still have it at 213,000 miles and it's my fun car! Might have to get rid of it though.

I'm mostly a two vehicle person, minivan and car combo. I have a 1999 Honda Civic HX M/T and a 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan LE. I drive the HX because it's a classic rust free fuel efficient car that gets me up to 51.15 mpg highway. The minivan is a backup vehicle and cargo hauler for moving.

So my vehicles don't impress the chicks because they're old. Maybe they'll only impress them by showing I'm frugal and don't put all my money in cars and image. I had coworkers that did that, - expensive car but high credit card debt or no money to enjoy other stuff. Like I talked to a manager at Schlumberger who drove a Lexus but could only afford to buy a $900 road bike. My vehicle expenses are low, so that's why I have a $27,000 bike collection! Yeah, I enjoy lots of other stuff because I don't spend much on cars!

But I dream about a used 2001 to 2004 BMW 330Ci or 330i in White!

Ok ladies, how do you feel if your date doesn't have a hot car? What were your experiences with men with varying degrees of cars?

Men - what car do you drive and how has it affected dating?

I don't care much for cars. As long as it's not a falling apart piece of junk, any car is fine by me. I drive a granny Camry myself.

Truth be told, I've been tempted to buy some sexier car, but all their black points in the consumer reports make me stick to my reliable Camries. They're also ticket magnets.

I'm not a big car person. As long as its not a falling apart POS, I'm fine with it. My boy, however, has a lipstick red Acura S Class...can't complain about that either

Welp, being that I'm OBSESSED with cars and I know ALL about cars (unlike most of the femme species) I APPRECIATE if a guy drives a nice car. But if he doesn't it doesn't mean I look down on him by any means.......

I have a 2005 Grand Prix GT. Did a bit of customizing on it, and keep it lookin nice.

Honestly, I don't think women care about the car, its the guy driving the car. If it's not a POS, that is. The only thing havin a nice car can do is give a guy more confidence when pickin someone up, which in turn will make them act more appropriately.

It's not what you drive but how you drive it, son!
My cars never affected my dating (back in the day). I've had an 94 RX-7 in which I scored a lot, an 02 Civic Si hatchback heavily modded and I scred a few times there also.

It's how you drive your scooter is what counts....if you can pop a wheelie in your scooter then that is all that really counts in a relationship...
