ANYWAYS, going back to the topic, Dr. Gail in MSNBC.com seems to fail to realize one aspect about the fact that woman B does not want to have her exfiance back into her life when her exfiance starts dating (and now about to marry) her friend/ woman A. And when her friend started dating the exfiance, her friend, in essence, sort of brought back the exfiance back into that woman's life. Talk about awkwardness.
I could "see" how some would date an exboyfriend of a friend, but an exfiance? That's a bit far fetched. I don't think I could ever date a friend's ex.
I'd have to dump my friend and I'd blame her for it. Because if I didnt want my ex in my life and she brought him indirectly back into my life- she has to go. Id feel sick to the stomache seeing her engagement ring on her finger that used to be mine (not literally of course). And when catch up with each other there is a BIG chunk that would have to be left out to keep things pleasant lol

I met my husband when he was going out with my (now) best friend; they broke up and a few years afterward we hooked up. Now we've got two kids and my best friend is our daughter's Godmother. Everybody gets along just fine!
