I think to get labeled unfit to date on POF you have to do things like:
1) Post nude pics etc. (this is mentioned all over the place so they must have a problem with it)
2) Stalk someone or otherwise email them nasty stuff.
General scum and liars, married guys etc. probably don't get filtered off.
I don't think any of these sites check to see if you're married. I signed up on the e-Harmony site too - just to get the free personality profile or whatever the hell it is, and I said I was single. For that matter, I created another email account and used the name 'Jane Doe'. I am STILL getting emails from them for last chance reduced membership fees if I sign up as a paying customer! Just for the record, I also went to the L. Ron Hubbard Scientoligy site and did their free personality profile too and they never send me anything!
A few years back, I received an email at work from somebody I didn't recognize - the email was shedevil69@ whatever yahoo or aol or something. So while I was trying to figure out who it was from, this guy I worked with came over and was like "who is Shed Evil 69". We ladies got it - the She Devil part - but Shed Evil was just so much funnier!

It's amazing what different associations different people would have with combined words, isn't it?! I've a Skype handle that includes the word "black" in it; however, it never occurred to me it can be misinterpreted. Not before I started getting guys thinking I was Black... And get that! The handle isn't gender-specific at all and yet it gets "roses" once in a while... WTH is wrong with people?!
Well, I chalk it up to being a very loyal friend Thank goodness I have something noble to blame it on
