Some years ago, I had heard a rumor that there was a swingers' group in my small town. For my own entertainment, I googled the town name, and "swingers" and up popped a website on which there was a personal ad with the photo of a woman in a provocative pose, in front of her fridge with her magnet collection and kids' artwork on the wall, and the ad said that she was bi but also that she and her husband liked to swap with other couples. I recognized the woman because she, like me, was one of the town Girl Scout leaders.
I never mentioned this to anyone else for fear I'd discover I was the only Girl Scout leader in town who wasn't part of the group. I felt confident, however, that this woman would do a good job of teaching her scouts about sharing. ; )
What you just described is not swinging but an open marriage. Almost always swingers play together as a couple with other couples. They usually find other committed solid couples like themselves.
They might bring a single into their relationship but it's usually short term, it normally does not work.
BTW - Swingers is a terrible word. The commonly accepted term is "The Lifestyle"
That's good. "Swingers" makes me think of people square dancing.
I wonder if there is a square-dancing swingers club out there somewhere.
If you google "swinger club (city)" a lot of results will come up. So this means that a lot of people have to be into this. Of course, most of them will likely remain private, but I believe this is a very trendy lifestyle nowadays in the USA.

Well, I knew of some from viewing (with an agent) their house that was once for sale.
There was a huge fish tank in the livingroom.
When you looked into the tank, you could see straight through to their bed and bedroom on the other side of the wall.
There was also just an opening for the door to this MB, and it was also in the livingroom.
The sofas were B-I-G!
BTW, it was a really big , nice, newer house with a rec room with pool table, etc.
P.S. Sloppy seconds, thirds, etc. has ZERO appeal to me, and frankly it reeks of of desperation!! [hurl]
If you can get a nice thing going with some nice looking people it's fine, but it sure attracts so stodgy looking folks.
There are clubs/groups just for you Barbie/Ken types. The rest of us stodgy/average folks like to have real conversations with real words as we get to know people.

That house was nothing. I could tell you the one I showed with hidden doors and the equivalent of an upstairs dungeon, but I'll save that story.
There was also the home we listed of one of the local ladies who had done quite a bit of Porn in her younger days. Needless to say we had to work real hard in staging her home and getting rid of all the souvenirs from her previous possessions.

Some of the things we see when we go into peoples homes, you would think people would keep all their toys in a toy box.
Mrs CPG and I were out having a glass of wine two months ago at a wine bar before going to dinner when we noticed this party going on in this raised area. We had strolled into the place when the maitre 'd asked if we were with the party. We said, "No," and were escorted to this nice couch that gave us a vantage point of the goings on. While sipping our wine, we kept getting scoped out by the few people who had already arrived for the party.
More and more people arrived. Almost all of them were late 40s and up, and dressed like they had escaped from an Assembly of God and had no idea how to dress in an attractive way. All the guys were balding and were wearing those stupid Hawaiian shirts that no man over 25 should ever wear. None of the women in slacks wore panties and one woman actually wore a dress that looked just like the Leg Lamp in A Christmas Story. We also noticed that everybody sported name tags, which was weird for any social gathering on a Saturday night.
So we asked the waiter the story, and he told us they were swingers. Mrs. CPG gasped and said, "No way!" Evidently, they showed up at this place once a month. Fascinated we watched as couples came in and then left again to stand out on the sidewalk and negotiate the logistics of bedding one another.
Finally, we couldn't stand it anymore. We HAD to play urban anthropologist and talk to these people. So we strolled in and put on name tags. I was Rod, and Mrs. CPG was Bambi. We made small talk with these people for about ten minutes before we were seriously creeped out and left.
The other incident happened a while back when some acquaintances approached us to be part of their circle. I know that my wife and I are really gregarious and sociable, so I think that they misinterpreted things. Evidently, there was a group of people who thought we would make an excellent addition and this couple was designated to invite us to join. We politely declined and haven't really ever socialized with them since.

It is just your viewpoint. In your status you indicate that you have a harem which is quite exciting BTW! It is just different than arranging to watch another man shag your wife....some enjoy it very much
