You know, I actually believe it takes a very strong, faithful and honest person to stay monogamous forever. Most people have a very hard time being monogamous for a prolonged period of time. That's right - MOST people. Society, religious beliefs push monogamy on people. Even King David and Solomon had more then one wife.
If you truly love someone, you want to stay loyal and monogamous, but a lot of people are not wired to stay with one person for the rest of their lives. They become restless.

I see nothing wrong with monogamy or polyamory. I have a problem with anyone participating in either when it is not what they want. I also have a problem with forcing someone to live with it without their consent or knowledge.
