Isn't that the problem, really? It's not the "explaining" these companies are wanting, it's facts. And the fact that people give them all sorts of unrelated facts is that all these companies are wanting an explanation.

Seriously, when WE the consumer stop buying services that require more than our hard-earned cash in exchange (in order to qualify) for said service, then the onus will be on the SELLER to qualify themselves. Remember, competition between sellers is GOOD!

If I'm in a talkative mood, I MIGHT give a brief explanation depending on the subject. But I never feel "obligated" to explain anything in my personal life.
