I guess that means you have an RV. Lucky you! I'll probably die with my dream of crisscrossing the country in an RV.
Before we ever bought our 1st motorhome, on holidays & vacations we would explore beautiful areas we were interested in for boondock camping & fishing sites.............. ...We wanted to make sure the roads were drivable & that we could turn around to get back out if need be.
We bought used motorhomes. I still have our 1978 American Clipper 20' class C & our 1989 Pace Arrow 37' class A. I've found some pretty neat fishin' holes out in the boonies..................
I have always been proud that i had the opportunity to grow up an Army brat...........
We got to live in some beautiful states in our Great Country & other countries a year or two, meet new friends in different places, do a lot of fishin' & exploring.......................I saw Much Beauty moving around.
Oh I'm proud and for the most part I enjoyed my experiences as a navy kid, but that one base was rough for me. my grandpa had just died and I had to leave Maine with SNOW (which I love) for FL. And I was just tired of having to make new friends. But, after that we were at Norfolk which was great. And then Europe for a couple years and then my Dad got out.
But looking back on it, I wouldn't change my experiences. My family is really close even though I'm in VA, sis and nephew are in WI and parents and lil bro are in WY (with my grandma). I learned so much and so many more experiences than my civilian friends.
I am better shot with a rifle and handgun than my husband is
