Non-girly women often put down girly girls because they are insecure about being women, and don't know how to be feminine.
I'm smart and capable and am not a princess, but I am still very feminine with my grooming and behavior. I don't need to act like a man to feel equal to one. Different doesn't mean lesser. I am secure in being female and don't think feminine qualities denote weakness or anything like that.
