Default really bad xmas gifts...

I don't know if this thread has already been done, but here is a fun article.

Common gifts you should never give anyone, ever, but especially around the holidays on Shine

I personally disagree with the gym membership. I LOVE the gym and I would love not to have to pay for it. I love just about any and all exercise equipment, and I would not take it as an insult to receive it.

I really agree with the 'theme' gift thing. So sick of all the crappy doctor stuff I get.

I think they left out body lotions, etc. Lame and impersonal.

My fave gift would be a book you love or a donation to charity in my name.

I heard on the radio today that men should not give a woman a vacuum cleaner for Christmas. Big no, no.

I can't believe they actually have to be told that. Although, I might be forgiving if it were a Dyson Ball vacuum.

I'll add something to that list. A bed pillow. I speak from the receiving end of experience here.

They left out Chia Pets. And who remembers the Pet Rock? Imagine someone made money off of that.

I gave my wife two pillows for her birthday and she tells me every night how happy she is to have them and what a thoughtful gift it was. Far moe appreciated than the vacuum.

I will add that a dozen cans of Easy off is a bad choice. Toilet brushes are out. Things that she has to plant, or clean or do other work to make them live or function are generally bad choices.

The Easy-off, is that what made the pillows look so good?
