I know the Cubans in Miami have a more loose definition of White than Americans of Non Hispanic White descent who have a more strict definition of White. A Cuban who is considered White in Miami, would be considered a person of color if he or she went to Northern Florida a.k.a confederate flag land.
Judging by that Cuban woman's pic: my Anglo step-sister would not qualify as 'White' in Confederate flag land either. She is of Irish-Italian heritage and is rather 'brown'.

Maybe she is a milkman job. I never met a Non Hispanic White Anglo with brown skin.

In "Confederate Flag Land" No ONE is considered white, unless you are milk white skin and blue eyes.
Because in my case I am a white Cuban but some people think all Cubans are mixed or Black.
