Actually, it works very well with someone you *know* is trying to get you angry...react in exactly the manner they don't expect, and it aggravates them to no end!

.........thanks for the info........do you do this sucessfully most times,,,,,
Takes an awful lot to get me angry and then I very rarely show it. So yea, it works. It is alot less stress and healthier not to be angry or show it!
Ditto! If tears roll down my face you better run, cause I am MAD and it take a lot to get me to that point!
I recently had someone who tried to draw me out. She tried everything to get me to respond - to lash out... I didnt give her the satisfaction. I ignored her & she eventually gave up. She was sticking her nose where it didnt belong & she thrives off of drama. I dont do drama!
This is really ticking me off, we all pretty much agree.....what about secret anger, maybe forgotten anger from child hood.............could it make you sick?
there's a difference between 'restraint' and 'harboring' anger..
I think restraint is good.. but holding in anger at all cost has already been proven to be very bad for you..
I do not let things bother me, have always been like this. It is alot healthier, and no I do not harbor any anger inside me. I do not allow drama to be a part of my life, it is very unhealthy!
