Dealing with a man who's going through a divorce (dates, wives, boyfriend)

Would you deal with him if you were both interested in each other (no sex, just casual dates and being a friend)? Let's say that they're already legally separated (living in their own separate places) and are they're going through the divorce process.

When I say deal with him I mean befriend him..like long talks on the phone, email, dates.

Me, too. Long time ago, before I was ever married, I had a boyfriend who was separated. His to-be-ex-wife was living in a different city and as far as I was concerned he was as single as they come. Now that I've gone through separations myself I know I was delusional about his emotional availability.
