Great solution. Love to hear how she'd defend a police record.

*Pack up her $hit and drop it off at her friends house.
*Have the car towed and put a club or something on it so she can't get it back, make sure she has a bus pass
*document everything
*file for divorce.

Nothing good will come from this. Either he stays and she continues her downward spiral w/the kids present, or he leaves and she does it on her own.

Let her live with the loser and find out later what she did later.

He better not do a dam thing without seeing a lawyer FIRST.

What he can do right now is save all those text messages, print out her Myspace page, andy e-mails, IM's, whatever, to document her actions. He may even want to install a hidden video camera to film the parties she's having at the house to document her infidelity, and drug use by her and her friends.

BUT HE MUST SEE A LAWYER BEFORE MAKING ANY MOVE!!!
