For the person that bumped this post, you've got a very childish idea of trying to "play a player." You had sex. You clearly wanted it and enjoyed it and happily will do it again. Yeah, you'd like a serious relationship by the sound of it, but let's not act like you're getting screwed over. You know exactly what you're doing and if you want it steered to something more, then do it. Say as much. Don't respond to being a booty call. Have a conversation outside of sex. And if you don't get that and it bothers you, cut it loose.
I am old school and extremely new at being single, I was recently asked out on a date by a man I've known for 20+ years but haven't seen for 15+ years, he took me out to dinner and of course proceeded to a popular lookout spot where people go to make out, we talked for a bit and i then asked him to take me home which he did, for the next week or so after he was all about wanting to hang out, texting and calling me constantly well needless to say i eventually gave in to him and we had sex after the first time sleeping with him(i really find this man sexy and attractive)when i text him i get no reply for hours when i do get a reply its usually when he wants another piece of ass! i really thought his intentions were honest and real i am totally into this man and when i am with him he seems to be 100% into me, i just don't understand the dating rules of today? I'm always assured i am very attractive, i am 5'2" tall 110 lbs with an athletic and slim build and i am 100% old school! I realize and have been told i need to dump this guy but i kinda would like to give him a taste of his own medicine and eventually let him think he don't realize what he's got until it's gone because once i walk away i don't come back! If anybody has any suggestions on how to play this player i'm all ears?
I don't understand any of this. You're "100% old school" but readily had sex and are now looking to play games. You're, what, in your 30s? 40s? There's a guy from your past whom you like, who's sexy and attractive, and who is into you. Now that you've had sex, he (gasp) wants to have sex again. Don't you?? What's the problem?
Incidentally, I got together with an attractive guy from my past too. We're married now.
Best way to play a player is to play hard to get, and then never get gotten.
