A white person isn't going to be sensitive to what offends or doesn't offend a colored person nor will white people do anything to change that. By colored I mean people that are not pale/white looking.

I am not white and I am in the same situation. I will tell you this - my family has encountered much racism in the workplace, and it has come from whites. I do not blame white people in general for this, but it is obvious that it is still better to be a white person, especially a white male, in America than anything else.

Because there are so many people who insist on getting leverage by using the "victim" mentality and bringing up slavery, something nobody today had anything to do with. Blacks can get on a stage, on national TV, and call white people "crackers" and "honkeys", but we don't set fires and loot stores. It's a difference in culture. Indeed, we were never slaves in this country, but who in this forum was?
