I did meet a CD member, but just to share our experiences in a strange city on a sunny day.
Does that count?

I've only met one couple off the C-D forums and they are really nice. I would consider them friends. I have not found love on here yet because I'm waiting for Rance to move to California!!!!! LOL

I think someone just mildly flirted with me on another thread *ahem* LOL but being happily involved, my interests here are strictly platonic.
I actually wouldn't mind if my lady and I were able meeting up with carolinajack and his wife for lunch during one of my visits back home to Philly. I think we would be able to relate very well on the subject of interracial relationships in which we are each involved. As long as can keep politics and religion off the table , I'm sure we'd have a good time.
Other than that, I don't want to specifically want to call anyone out in a positive way. But if you've ever agreed with or respected my opinions, whether by a reply or a rep point, I'd probably wouldn't mind having a cup of coffee with you.

Well I've virtually met some very fine folks here. At this juncture...I have a new found friend in Sweden, who I'm hoping to meet in June here in Alaska, then I'm traveling in mid-August to meet her in Sweden. End of August myfask and hubby are coming to Alaska, where I will attempt to play host and travel guide, and we're hoping to meet with 2 or 3 other Alaskan members as well. Yup...life is good. Real good.

My kids have this very bad habbit of making me feel older than dirt lately...they tell me 'red heads' are called gingers. Has anyone ever heard of that? My younger daughter has a thing for 'gingers', and it's so funny because my only neice on my husbands side of the family was also attracted to red heads, as early as kindergarten. She didn't marry a red head, she's now 25, but he's real irish and some siblings have the red hair.

In England they are called Ginger haired. Not red heads.
