I was usually in the mood when he was, but one night we watched Hotel Rwanda, and I went to bed totally nauseated from the violence of the movie and he wanted to have sex. He would not take no for an answer, but later he said he would never push me again--it wasn't worth it. One thing I always wondered though is how he could have been horny after watching such a violent movie. Now we're getting divorced. (for other reasons)
BEING in the mood and GETTING in the mood are two entirely different things. Often you can not necessarily be in the mood, but if you play along and enjoy the moment, before you know it, you ARE in the mood and thinking to yourself...."Hey we should do this more often".
Many, many times I've done that. Honestly, each year after having a kid it was about 100% of the time. I was too darn tired to ever want it, but marriage is a give and a take. And, it's not like I didn't enjoy it at all. Just would have preferred sleep at the time.
I am in a position in my life where I have sex when its mutually agreeable.
Yep! That's the one.
