Kinda creepy, considering what he can see while he's in there.
They let me in the room when my sister started to push so I could grab my bag (I'm a woman) and they asked me if I wanted to see...I was like, do I have to? Next thing I know I'm looking at my nephew's little head poking through my sister's hoo ha.
I know it is a wonderful event this new life coming into the world, however, I sure would not have wanted my dad in the delivery room watching this little miracle coming out of my "bajingo".

Mm... creepy if you're the father asking about this. Or you're kinda distant to your daughter. Anyway, you're basically asking if you can see her hoo hoo which obviously, hopefully, you don't want to, so just instead stipulate that you won't look until it's clear but that you just want to be present

I'm not sure why anyone would think it is creepy for a man to be interested in seeing his grandbaby be born. I find it interesting the OP would even post such a question. Where is the OP's head at??
In case their head is worried about some kind of sexual stimulation of the father, I personally can't think of anything LESS sexually stimulating than watching a birth, lol.
The event is not about the person giving birth. All focus is on the person being born.
There is no better way to make someone feel like they are part of a child's life than for them to be present at its birth. If an expectant mother wants their father to feel excluded from their child's life, there is no better way to start that process than by excluding them from the start.
They should at least be treated equally to any other family member.
Jeez, what next?? Does the OP also find letting the father of a baby girl change its diapers creepy?? Should the mother of a baby boy NOT be allowed to breastfeed or change its diapers due to a possible pedophilic-creepy factor that exists only in someone's psyche??
Birthing is a family event.

It can’t be creepy! He can hold your hand, you’ll press it hard and it will give you courage and positive energy. The only thing he can see is your face and your eyes. He doesn’t have to see absolutely everything. Besides, it depends on his personal desire to do it. If he’s willing to – let him do it and never tell him it’s creepy – it’s nature miracle, it can’t be disgusting.
