Is ignorance bliss?
In some situations?
Not referring to life altering things like cheating on a spouse or losing a job. I'd say those aren't good things to keep to yourself.

In some situations it is. For instance, like what they do to cattle. The meat industry and how they treat their animals is a hard thing to tackle. In those cases, I choose not to want to throw up everytime I see a neatly packed aisle of bacon.

Not all the time. Ignorance is enjoyable until you have to face the consequences of it.
