Default How do you get out of a crush?

I'm 27 years old, I've never had a partner of any kind. Sometimes I find myself thinking about certain people, (female), the other night I had a dream about her and in the dream I was happy to be near her, but as soon as I woke up, I remembered instantly what wasn't real. I laid there devastated and very upset.

A sad case aren't I?

The best way to get out of a crush is to start living with the person.

Default I used to be like that with crushes

when i was in my 20s and 30s. But when my hormones and testerone levels dropped in my 40's i stopped with crushes and got more realistic about love. and you know what I like it better this way. A nicer way to live

I would, if it wasn't for this disability that hinders social relationship.

In order to help you, we need more info about how you operate, how your social life is right now, how you think, how you view women, etc....There's no easy answer

I know no one will agree with me but here goes.......

People that live in a dream state more than in reality are more susceptible to self manipulation than the average person.
If you can take that statement at face value then you can find something about the people you dream of that is less than flattering and snap out of it.
Real life is always more rewarding than anything you can create in your mind.

I have no social life, or job. I see society as troubled and keep my distance, through a past fear of assaults. I can view women as money grabbing and antisocial one minute and the next, caring and full of humour.

For years I have desperately wanted that person there. A quiet, shy, intelligent kind of gal.
