Ha! I've done the same thing. 2 weeks in I mess up, then I decide to start on the Hindu new year, mess up then start the new moon phase... all b.s. though... U either have to cut ur resolution in half and slowly work up from that, or u need to eliminate something else in ur life to make it more attainable.

I'm happy to report that I am still going strong with my nutrition/workout goals. I am making progress towards my new bench press and squat PR's.
