Try the grocery store, that place is loaded with available men
The vegetable guy at a specialty grocery store asked me if there was anything he could help me with, very enthusiastically. Or maybe he's just very well trained in customer service. It could happen.
I have to say that meeting men online has been the best route for me. I can custom build the right man into an ad and let the mail come in. I have my own little system with screening mail and such, and it's just so much more convenient. I don't have to leave the house to get a date.
Exactly! If you see a guy at a grocery store shopping alone, there is a 100 percent chance that he is single.
I'm in the grocery store several times a week...and I'm pretty old.
I have never, ever, met a guy there, and I know not one female that ever has. I don't think I've even SEEN a guy in there I would WANT to meet, now that I think about it.
I think it depends on where you live. I lived in a neighborhood with a lot of young professionals and had one guy approach me in the grocery store. A friend of mine met her now husband because she was at the bus stop reading the paper, and only wanted the front section - she asked a guy waiting next to her if he wanted the rest of the paper, and the rest is history.
In suburban areas, or ares with less singles living there, I can imagine random meetings are less common.
