Had to be the one about the one about the guy who bought her thick ugly hiking socks because she got cold feet when walking the dog. Still has me in stitches, but the piece de resistance was his response. Anothr one was one I read a few days after I signed up. They poster decided to delete his starter thread soon after so someone who didn't get to read it just went ahead and sort of ad libed - hilarious stuff.

Were they for real?

Yeah, that one was something else! I think it was her birthday. It might have "birthday" in the title... or "present"... or "gift"...

What would you think if a man gave this to you as a birthday present?

All it took was a search for the words "dog" and "socks" and it popped right up.
