90% if the time I wear my watch on the left. I do, however, sometimes wear a watch on the right, and if I have on watch cufflinks (that actually tell time), it's both.
Can't stand wearing watches. I already have plenty of constant reminders of the time (computer, cell phone, wall clocks, etc.). But I did wear a Swatch back in the 80s as a fashion statement. Wore it on my left wrist.
The reason you wear the watch on your left wrist is because the knob is on the right side of the watch. If you need to adjust, you can do it without removing the watch if you're wearing it on the left. Try doing that when it's on the right wrist!
I work around electricity alot so, we tend to avoid metal.
