I would not make a second date with her. If she can't respect you enough while you guys are out on a date then I'd take that as a sign of things to come if it bothers you. No need to waste time playing games by flirting with other women in front of her either. Just move on, life's too short.

I agree with Coolhands that she's probably not girlfriend material. But maybe by her flirty way she's trying to tell you that she wants to keep it light, just have fun and take it one night at a time. There's something to be said for that as well, as long as you're both on the same page.

I was dating a girl for three months when we went to a party one night. She immediately separated from me and begin talking with other people. That's no big deal, I figured she's just being friendly since we knew mostly everyone.
Later I was walking around trying to find her and discovered her in a dark corner of the neighbor's patio chatting with some guy! I normally give people the benefit of the doubt, but who would run off with a stranger to some dark corner when your BF is at the same party??
When I noted that she was acting a bit strange, she immediately got defensive. So I broke up with her right then and there and left the party.
Girls these days (let's say 24 and younger), have no class. There's being friendly and then there's flirting and people should know the difference.
