Knickers! I hate when you get an awesome pair of knickers, cute and comfy, buy a few pairs and when you go back to get more, gone.
It doesn't make sense to me that if you're buying them and liking them that you're the ONLY person on the planet that is. I mean if they're selling what does that tell the manufacturer?
DO NOT BUY the lip gloss off ebay!

I feel the same way. You'd think we have the most horrible taste on the planet! I believe the problem is that they always try to come up with something "new," which can warrant higher and higher price. Geez, it seems like half of the time you shop for the most trivial product that takes a while to run out of, next thing you know it's "new"!

Makes a mockery when you consider it's all Made In China crap in the end anyway! Half the time when I'm shopping now I get the distinct impression I'm just some lab rat chasing around my cage looking for the cheese in the new spot! I usually buy everything on SALE now when I can anyway. Makes me feel better that they didn't get all the extra cash outta me when we both know it's gonna fall apart or I'll never find another one anyway!

On Sun I went to a mall and came across something bizarre. All of a sudden I came across a few tags "made in USA"... I thought it was a fluke and somebody finally realized we're sick and tired of buying Chinese junk. However, the pattern continued... I saw more US tags that day than I've seen probably in the past 5 years! It was crap again, though! It makes me wonder if these companies have found some loophole in the law allowing them to use these tags or it's just just a national scam blessed by the dear government...

Absolutely! I know I'm not buying cashmere, so I might as well buy it when and where it's $30 as opposed to $100+! It pills and gets out of shape the very same way!

Think I'd fall over if that happened here! One of our great Aussie companies that I've been buying from for years has just shifted almost all their manufacturing offshore. CEO got a monster bonus and the workers are all being retrenched. It's really hard now to find someone else that makes the things I want to buy made here in Australia. Refuse to spend another cent on their stuff now though.

Yeah, there's nothing more irritating than the thing you spent a small fortune on dying a death after 6 months or worse finding it on sale after you spent twice as much on it!
