Default In a divorce...

...who keeps things like your church...and your couple friends? Which person has to find a new church and new friends? Maybe they should have custody arrangements for friends and churches

Inquiring minds want to know.

Friends get usually split. I wouldn't know who gets custody of a church...

Usually one of the two divorcing spouses is less comfortable staying in the same church and will want to make the change, sometimes BOTH spouses want to. I think until you get there you won't really know how you feel about it Ivory. I've noticed friends tend to stick by the one spouse they knew first or best.

Well, being that I don't go to church anyway ........

In my last divorce, my ex lied to everyone about me. I was the young hottie wife and he was an old lecherous codger who came across to people as a hard-working, regular guy who would give you the shirt off his back. Nothing could be further from the truth. I was painted as the wh*re, cheater and lying b*tch. After a while some of these people caught on to his act and approached me about rekindling our friendship and asking my forgiveness. That's when I REALLY turned into a b*tch. Absolutely not!!!! You shunned me once, without giving me an opportunity to defend myself - you don't get a second chance. F**K YOU!!!!

I'm not too bitter though ....

It is perfectly ok to be bitter. I can completely relate.

Yes she should. She should get the mortgage, the health and life insurance payment. Kids school costs. Car payment. If she wants it ALL, she should get it ALL!
