Here's a lady who's 40 years old with two or three teenaged children who is more on the thin side compared with the other gal posted here but still quite curvy and fit. She puts up these vids of her training on YouTube to help motivate other women to take care of themselves physically. She's obviously a beautiful lady and the fact that she makes these vids to help others gives us a pretty good indication that she is beautiful on the inside as well.
Thanks for your support of curvy, athletic, healthy women, There's so much of an emphasis on the "waif look" most women can't achieve without starving themselves.
I think strength is awesome for a girl to have, but I also love the softness of a little extra padding. When I used to work out all the time, I'd get stronger and fitter, but I didn't like how firm everything got, or how stocky my legs seemed. So, I took up bellydance!
Now I have a defined waist with a flat stomach (with a small amount of fat that I really do like having there), toned legs and butt, a strong core, and I didn't have to give up too much of my padding. I still have a great hourglass figure, but no extra pudge. In addition to that I go mountain climbing all the time and can run a 50lb bag of potatoes up three flights of stairs during a banquet dinner rush.
I think balance is the key. Too much muscle on a woman is bad, but so is too much fat. I'd probably kill for thighs like that girl's though.
Too "manly" for my tastes. I prefer toned, subtle muscling on a woman.
