I didn't read that as being proud of the speeding. I took it as being happy to discover she was still attractive. Most people need an ego boost once in a while. I would bet many of us have looked down to see we were driving faster than we thought at least once.

My ex has done that throughout her life. The last time I witnessed it, she was driving our Porsche, racing a Corvette on I-25 north of Denver. All of a sudden the Vette backed off, and a second later our fuzz-buster sounded and lights started blinking behind us. So she pulls over, the cop walks up to the door, she rolls the window down... and the fuzz-buster started wailing again.
I was rolling on the floor laughing, then she started giggling, then the cop started laughing. I'm glad he saw the humor in it. She got a warning, as usual. Had it been me driving, I'd have been nailed big time.

Yes, as a suggestion. Do those of us who can drive a favor and stay in the right lanes, please.
