I don't sex has changed that much over the past 30 years. When I was 14, I was having sex with my sister's girl friend who was 13. When I was an young adult I was had a steady number of partners to have sex with, including a number of them being married women. We just don't hide it like we used to. Now with the internet we all get a chance to talk about it.
