men:
Too much into the "macho" culture (a little hunting or fishing or sports is good...too much is a real turn-off)
Arrogance
Self-centered
Lack of awareness or interest in the larger world around them

women:
Too much into the "girly" culture (spending most of your energy on fashion and makeup is a waste of brain cells.)
Arogance
Self-centered
Lack of awareness or interest in the larger world around them

Women turn-offs:
Doesn't work out
Liar
Judgmental
Not religious (being real here, and I don't mean going to church every once in a while but actually having a relationship with God)
Wears heels
Clubbing
Financially irresponsible
Constant need for intimacy/sex
Thinks the world revolves around her
Attitude
Drinks & Smokes
selfish
Doesn't volunteer
Laziness/negative disposition

I'll be old and grey by the time I REALLY list my turnoffs in women so I'll stop here

overly concerned with her looks to the point of putting on excessive makeup and having to do the whole beauty thing all the time.

gets upset if I do not remember or celebrate holidays, birthdays, or any similar commonly accepted celebratory traditions. just cannot wrap my mind around those concepts. did not even walk at my high school and college graduations. mainly because education to me was a means to an end.

requires my presence or communication with me more than a couple of days a week.

is overly critical of others state of being or choices which have no bearing on her life.

uses any drugs besides weed, alcohol, or cigarettes, and those only in moderation.

of course dishonest and disloyal are obvious.

Eww and the missing teeth part scares me.

My biggest turn off in a woman is when they can't figure me out. It is very easy to figure Rugged out, given some simple logic and reasoning.

Ignorance.

Can't hold a conversation, or appreciate a good discussion.

Bad hygiene

Not independent...lives with mommy or lives with the ex or fights with the ex or too much baggage overall.

No passion in life outside of romance/work/home/family. Its a big turn on for me to see a guy enthused about some kind of interesting passion in his life, doesn't matter its hunting or coaching or swimming or basket weaving...as long as he's enthused about it.

No sense of humor. What can I say? I love a guy that can bring a smile to my face.

Being wishy-washy. Strong and decisive is a much greater turn-on.
