I would go with a woman 5-6 years older than me and up to ten years younger than me. It depends on the individual. I'm not the hot young guy I used to be, either, so these days I'm more interested in women who I respect and who are loving than whether they look like Cameron Diaz. It's better to be with someone who is compatible more than anything else.

Default Older Men

I was always attracted to older men..........I couldn't stand those boys with pimples on there faces who were all hot and bothered. I wanted to be treated like a lady and be wined and dined. At 15 went with a fella 22 we stayed together 4 yrs. At 19 met a 40 yr old divorced man, we fell in love and were married for 24 yrs with 5 children when he died.

I would never go out with someone younger than myself, I want and deserve
the finer things in life and usually older men can accomadate my needs.

I think it just depends on the person, i get along good with younger people but i wouldn't want to date a 20 year old girl, i'm 49 and would date down to 35 or so. of course that would be if I was single.

"18 to 80, crippled or crazy."

Honestly, I don't think age matters a bit. I have a couple women on my radar screen right now. One is a lifeguard at my neighborhood pool who is barely legal ("legal" being the operative word) and one is a 37-year-old who has never been married and has never had kids. I am 25.

As long as they're hot and I enjoy being around them, I could care less how old they are. I don't see why anyone would.

I date older guys. People have a problem with it but I don't. I pretty much don't care. The current guy is 55. I'm 29. No, I'm not looking for a "father figure" or have a father complex. I am close to my dad. I do not need another one. The youngest I have gone was a guy 4 years younger than me.

My ex and I are 9 years apart (I'm 29, she is 20). I look back on it, and she was way too young.

I came home from work and when I told her how my day was, I got the deer in the headlights look. She had not a clue what I did for a living.

Granted it's not somebody else's child...

I personally have never seen a younger man-older woman relationship fail, but I think that men should have just as much protection from manipulative older women as young women do from dirty old men. Despite what a lot of us think, men do have hearts and they do have feelings.

Then again, in many circles, age is just a number. There are some young people whose wisdom exceeds far beyond some of those their senior.

Default How old is too old for a man to become a father?

In other words, when is a man to old for fatherhood.

Does it make a difference if his wife, 20 years junior desires children?
