Now, if the age difference is quite considerable say 20 years plus, then I kind of wonder.

I told my wife when she turned 36 I would trade her in for two 18 year olds. That didn't happen. When she turned 40, I would trade her in for two 20 year olds. Nada! When she hit 50 is was going to be two 25 year olds. No such luck. Now that we are nearing 60 (3 years for her) I have been threatening to trade up to two 30 years olds. Now she tells me when I hit 60 I'm getting traded in for " THREE" 20 year olds. I am going to keep my mouth shut from here on in!

Oh too funny!
My hubby hit 40 well before me so I got the trade in dig first. Told him when I hit 40, he wouldn't have the you know whats to trade me in for two 20 year olds since they'd be going out when he was going to bed, and coming in when he was waking up! What would be the point?

I defianately prefer younger women. I am 25 yrs older than my spouse and we get along great. I am 87 and just bought a new boat for a new adventure. I know it cost a lot of future security but we are living for today so even if she has to take a deep discount, we are going to enjoy.

I dont think age matters. People are very different. I prefer conversations with older men, who are more intellectual. Not to generalize-however- at work there is a 27 year old who is alot more polite to me than my husband who is 48---so---Also- if the ages are older-like a 40 yr old woman marrying a 60 yr old man- I dont think it matters if they have things in common and enjoy each others company. If each person respects the other and has a good relationship- that is all that matters- who cares what society dictates?

I don't care about the age difference between couples, but I wish old guys would stop staring at me and following me around stores. It's really starting to creep me out and it is just rude. I'm in my twenties so I can't figure out why they think I would be interested.
I know a guy that doesn't want to date any women over 40 yet he is 64 and looks it. The women he likes don't want to be with him so he says he just won't date anymore and hasn't dated in about 12 yrs. He is so hung up on age and looks that I find it sad and weird since he is not a good looking guy.
