No, I did not live in the 60s thank God.

I remember the slip n slide making a come back in the late 80s.

How about the universal practice of holding up a meeting until everyone gets there? We, the on time, have to sit and wait until 4, 5 or 6 minutes after the meeting time until "everyone" is present.

Rewards the late guy, punishes the on time guy.

Another thing that ticks me off; why the funk do electric hot water heater thermostats have internal temperature control knobs? You have to take both plates off (for dual thermostats) to change the setting. Gas water heaters have one convenient knob on the outside of the tank.

Does the fading of the plastic lens on your late 1990s F-150 series platform headlights tick you off? It does me.

Is every single female in an SUV or minivan on a cell phone when they are driving alone? Every single one. Always. Always. Every single one. The vehicle's engine will stall unless she is on a cell phone. It's built into the circuitry.

I often talk on the phone while I drive because it makes driving go by faster plus it's an open block of time to slip in phone calls to people I regularly talk to. I don't do this though when traffic is a little crazy.

Drivers who you let barge into your lane in front of you since their lane was about to end, thus merging into your lane but not wave their hand to thank you or apologize for it!

I OWN a slip-n-slide lol....I put it on the side of my hill so the kids can really go fast down it.

FYI- The "people who complain" comment was meant to be an ironic joke seeing as how everyone was complaining about things that tick them off.

When politicians (or anybody for that matter) start sentences with "I believe...." as a way of lying without lying.

Hey now, I drive a mini van and I've never been on the phone while driving! Ever! Personally, I don't understand the need to be on a cell phone while driving all the time. I still sometimes wish that cell phones had never been invented. And its not just women, because I see a loooot of middle aged men on phones while driving too, and half the time they're swerving all over the road or drifting into the other lane.

People who expect me to answer my cell phone all the time. There are moments when it is not with me. There are times when I turn it to vibrate (mind out of the gutter, please). There are times when the only time I answer is for mom or my kids. I just want to scream & say, just because I have it doesn't mean I have to answer.
