It varies. In beginning (salsa) classes the ratio is generally like 10 girls to every 9 guys. But the intermediate and advanced classes range from 3 girls to every 4 or 5 guys. Yes, the more advanced classes have more guys than girls. I guess it makes sense since the women don't need advanced classes. The women in the classes are there just to have fun, not really to learn much, although some of the high level classes attract a lot more women because they want to learn more styling options. Sometimes the ratio drops to something bad like 1:2 or 1:3, which sucks but it's still fun. We switch partners often.
