I'm quite sure that whatever I want is completely different to what other women want. Might be worth spending your time working out the wants and needs of the particular woman you're dealing with and not worrying so much about the rest of us.
1. The old rich guy : spends money on her and doesn't expect sex.
2. The nice guy: Eventually going to marry her and take care of her kids. This guys has to, "prove" she is worth something to her.
3. The player: The guy who is great in the bed. This guy gets a front of the line pass to her bed. NSA.
4. The gay friend: Listens to her non-sense and what she did with the player and what the old guy bought for her. As well as the nice dinner the nice guy paid for her.
That is how it goes buddy. What category do you want to be in?
Remember though, in the dating world you are the real prize in the game. Without any men women wouldn't be able to sell their beauty to the highest bidder nor would they be able to have children. Unfortunately, many men don't realize this and give it up very easy. If you get a vasectomy and refuse to get married this is like kryptonite against being exploited by women. Mainly because 1) you'll be single, and hence available to be married. 2) You won't have kids, and hence won't already be plundered by another female. 3) You should have your financial condition to be above average since you don't have to buy a big house (for the family) or support kids. That means you'll have the three things that every woman wants: Money, marriage and kids. That'll be your bait, use it wisely and make sure to flaunt it to the right females of your choice.
Oh yea and if you want a serious relationship (marriage) and you want to have kids. All I can say is - good luck!

Very true! Either they want sex with many hot women or they want sex consistently with one female that they find attractive.

Interesting insight considering this is a forum entitled "Relationships."
What women want isn't hard to figure out at all. The main two things they want from a man are confidence and the ability to solve problems.
Ba bom! Nope!
Can't say confidence is one of two main things I'd be thinking of, I'd rate kindness much higher and I'd prefer an ability to listen and resolve problems together over deferring all problem solving to him.

Years ago I used to invest all this time in worrying about what women want. Total waste of time. They don't know what they want and if they do they change their mind anyways. Therefore don't bother.
I am what I am and I don't duck into the discussions anymore about what I can "provide" them. I wont be fulfilling their champagne wishes and caviar dreams.
