I had a friend in high school that had medcial problems and was extremely overweight. He was one of the best people I knew and I was never emnarrassed to be sen with him, he diesd in a auto wreck and I still miss him for the great friend he was.I can't imagine anyone felling that way about there sister unless they were a very selfish person at the least.
