Default Why are men so clingy?

Why do you guys think that men are so clingy? They act like you can't be out of their sight. When you are out without them, they are calling and texting 24/7. And when you finally make it home they want to come over all the time. Why can't they just be by themselves for a while? Uggg!!!

sounds like u need to set some boundaries. I do find it funny, that you are complaining about something that most chicks wish guys would do and of conduct that is more stereotypical of woman

Is this a problem you always have? If it is, it's you not them. You sound like some girls I know who act more stereotypical male, where they aren't the type to call u back or who'll only call the dude b/c she couldn't link up with her homegirls or something. Some, I'll even risk saying most, guy respond to such aloof behavior by acting like a woman. It's such a bruise to their ego that you are not all up under them, they try to be all up under you.

Now that I think about it, this could apply to other situations. Like when I girl breaks up with a guy then he acts all crazy w/ the calling and the texting & crying, and asking why, and crap. It seems when women act like men, men act like women.

I think that's the case. Or rather: when A acts the way it is expected of males, B acts the way it is expected of females. The reason might be that we all have masculine and feminine energies within and a combination of both is generally needed to get things going, especially (but not exclusively) in a love relationship. If I play the so-called masculine part, you must play the so-called feminine part and vice versa.

Why don't you ask your friend why he's so clingy?

She's too busy texting him while he's at the bar.

maybe you are just not that interested in him as he is in u!!!!! some time people think that they are doing the right thing by showing you how much they care and you are not use to this kind of attenion. talk to him and let him know you need a little space and at the same time waych your home girls because they just might be waiting on you to let go!!!!
good luck!!

Yes, I love my SO, I actaully like being with her, I guess I'm needy and clingy because I actually care about her.

If he's out with you, who is he calling or texting?? Anyway, there's nothing wrong with REALLY being a part of your S.O.'s life. I'd rather have 15 minutes of contact every day than two hours on a weekend.
