O.k. ladies...what would you think of this...
You are putt putt golfing with your kid and his friends. You are alone and keeping score for the boys. You are not golfing.
Over the fence of the golfing area this decent looking guy about your age sees you as he is walking with his boy down the walkway and he asks, "Where is your club?" (You don't have one. You're just keeping score)
You laugh and say, "I couldn't keep up with them." You smile.
He laughs and smiles as he continues to walk away.
You don't know anything about him.
A. Do you wonder what his motive was for talking to you?
B. Do you think about the conversation afterward?
C. Do you dismiss it and never think about it afterward?

C is the closest. I think he saw another parent and took the two second opportunity to have a conversation with an adult. I think it was a long "hello" in passing.
