I have heard women like men in uniforms (Military).
What else?
Oh yeah, military uniforms. I don't know why but I was at the waiting room in a hospital today and there was this army guy there and for some odd reason, I wanted to jump him. He wasn't even spectacular great looking, but that uniform is like meow.
Men seem to not appreciate their own chests. If more men would wear a button-down shirt (blouse, if a woman) with the top four buttons undone and the shirt slightly opened - similar to a woman showing off her cleavage - hot, hot, hot! Top it with a scargish bandana around the neck. Mmmm mmmm good!
I like loose t-shirts and jeans (NOT tight jeans!). Unbuttoned flannel shirts with a t-shirt underneath are a plus.
Cops, firefighters and military uniforms look pretty sharp.

I'm not sure if it's a matter of men not appreciating their own chests so much as it is about men not wanting to appear gay. The look you described would look totally gay to me if I were to see a guy sporting it.

Depends on how toned the chest is. Some don't want to show because of the hair also.
