Of course it is! They planet is way to overpopulated as it is! I have friends who aren't the smartest and are having kids when they are 20! Not good!
I'll be 21 next month and I can still say I'm a proud virgin. I've done alot of stuff in life and haven't settled down yet. Hell I haven't really even dated. Been traveling America, taking cycle trips. Working multiple jobs. I guess I don't give myself enough romance time to really try and meet a lady. Someday I will but I'm only 20 and I don't feel like having kids yet. IMO people should lay off sex. I don't need to spend extra in taxes so jane doe can have all the sex she wants and have 6 kids and live off food stamps that my taxes pay for!

Josh, I don't disagree with you that too many people abuse the purpose of sex and that too many people are being very irresponsible with their sex lives. But our buddy Sam is trying to say that he has heard nobody is having sex It's a silly thread and silly assertion.
