Not saying ALL men do this - but why do some men when they are out make rude comments to girls? Like saying things as they walk by, or making obnoxious noises. Do they think women appreciate this? Or do they just want to broadcast their complete lack of manners?

Personally, I think this is very rude.
Those men are making their very own high walls. I for one would never engage in conversation with men such as that, if they are indeed men.
Men acting like seventh graders? I lived through that time. Not gonna live through it again.
Please explain. Are you saying something along the lines of someone saying you have a great butt? Or like calling someone fat?
It's a thoughtless gesture to give a guy an ego boost.
I mean when they see a girl and they make loud suggestive comments or rude noises like whistling, or barking, or some other very annoying, asinine thing. It makes women feel very uncomfortable, and personally, it pisses me off.
If they were a guy doing that to another guy, they would get their a$$es kicked.
