Didn't know the bobble head buddha would be such a hit.

It's evidently touched a nerve with some of us.

Gee, and all I ever had in the Dodge Dart was a bobble-head German Shepherd
But I don't think I could fix a bobble-head Buddha on my bike - he'd end up in the gutter.
And metaphysically speaking, that would be kind of...weird.

And I seem to recall he was fuzzy, too.
Years later, when I was married, we bought a pure-bred Shepherd. I had to call the breeder to take her back after 3 days, because I had been watching her closely, waiting for her head to go up and down, and it never did.

Yeah, I was just gonna say, my dad's SO just now finally went to Chinatown (she'd been threatening to go for *years* now ) and brought back not 1, but 2 Buddhas. She's *very* happy with them. When I didn't notice them right away, she said, "Aren't you going to say anything about my Buddhas?"

You might just tell her, "I am not your Buddha's keeper".
My brother brought back a foot-tall Buddha (Hotei, the "happy" Buddha with the belly) from Korea. He loved that thing - set up a special mini-temple for it, burned incense around it, etc.
Of course, being who and what I am, even when I was 8 years old, I made a little girdle for Buddha out of an old Ace bandage and some safety pins.
When I die, I think they're going to create a special new level of Hell just for me.
