Went on there cracking jokes and showing al his teeth and making fun of the special olympics.
I'm sensing a theme with you, which is that you're overly sensitive to what others say. The man misspoke, everyone knew what he meant, and he's apologized. If you're still stuck on one bad joke, that says more about you than it does about him.
The incident happened long ago with the special olympics slip up.
When you've gotten elected to be a President, you do have to watch
your words, in case you've forgotten special olympics ppl are voters.
